    • Equipment Handoff & Validation: Assume operational ownership of machinery immediately following factory build completion. Direct all internal Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and lead on-site Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) at client facilities.
    • Quality Assurance: Direct the execution of standard installation, operational, and performance qualification protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ), ensuring all compliance documentation meets strict quality standards.
    • On-Site Coordination: Oversee field installation schedules and logistics, managing third-party contractors and local trade labor during peak deployment phases.
    • Project Management: Track and manage project milestones, field resource allocation, and installation budgets from factory departure through final customer sign-off.
    • Technical Escalation: Act as the primary technical resource and troubleshooting lead for field crews encountering complex mechanical, electrical, or software startup challenges.
    • Dispatch Support: Coordinate technical dispatch schedules to ensure rapid resolution of customer support requests.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Demonstrated leadership experience managing technical field service, commissioning, or industrial automation teams.
    • Strong project management capabilities, with hands-on experience managing field installation budgets, timelines, and multi-site deployments.
    • Direct experience executing industrial machinery startup and commissioning protocols (including FAT/SAT and validation testing).
    • Solid technical background working with automated manufacturing systems, conveyance, robotics, or complex packaging machinery.
    • Strong working knowledge of industrial site-safety practices; OSHA certification or equivalent training is preferred.
    • Associate’s degree or higher in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related technical discipline (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in automated logistics, smart warehousing systems, or high-speed robotic integration.
    • Background in OEM field operations with direct, high-level client-facing responsibility.
    • Familiarity with precision machinery operating in highly regulated or quality-stringent manufacturing environments.
