Committee for Children is growing, and we're looking for an experienced BUSINESS SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR to join our team! In this role, the business systems administrator (BSA) is responsible for the design, documentation, implementation, and administration of business tools and applications. The BSA partners with business stakeholders and the business rules group to define, document, configure, test, and roll out enhancements to current business applications. This role is also responsible for administration of current business systems, ensuring proper setup, training, troubleshooting, and support for the NetSuite ERP/CRM and associated and integrated applications. This role ensures oversight of systems changes and enhancements and works to enable business users to understand, adopt, and use tools in alignment with best practices and set processes. This role is part of the business analytics group, reporting to the business intelligence manager within the marketing and client relations department.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
3 years of experience in a similar role
3 years of experience integrating third-party business applications
Prior system development experience in one or more business domain: payroll/time and attendance, finance (procure to pay, order to cash, accounting), logistics and fulfillment, system integration, CRM, human resources, marketing, master data services (MDS), commerce
Strong hands-on skills using relational database management systems (Oracle, MySQL, Sybase, SQL Server)
Experience with NetSuite ERP/CRM is strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of the NetSuite Financials platform, specifically including lead to cash, procure to pay, record to report functionality, and subscriptions
Successful track record in working with cross-functional department teams
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong analytical skills, and ability to deal with ambiguity in a rapidly changing business environment
Ability to exercise good judgment, make decisions, show discretion, and maintain confidentiality
Ability to work well independently and collaborate effectively with a team
Ability to manage projects and complete tasks by meeting timelines and goals
Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to organize, prioritize, and accomplish a variety of tasks or demands
