This means there has never been a better time to enter the world of clean energy! If you want to be a part of the transition away from fossil fuels, come join our team! We are a youth-centered group of climate advocates currently hiring college interns for the 2022-2023 school year and summer! We are currently looking for undergraduates living and/or attending college in Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, and Washington DC to join our national team of Clean Energy Advocates (CEAs). Our team is a fantastic place to experience your first professional role in the field of sustainability by advocating for a state program called Community Solar. Community Solar is a state initiative that is supported by the new Inflation Reduction Act and offers incentives for the use of clean energy. We connect people in qualified communities to local solar farms and in return residents save money on their monthly utility bills! This program is free, requires no change in utility or rooftop solar installation, and is shaping the clean energy economy to be a more accessible and inclusive space.
