CONCIERGE, COMMON HOUSE NO. 1
Reports to: Concierge Manager and General Manager, Common House No. 1
The role of the Concierge will serve to enhance the Common House Member experience by acting as a warm and welcoming face of the club delivering an excellent level of service and hospitality. In addition to acting as the face of Common House, responsibilities include but are not limited to management of reservations, communications to members, and restaurant and administrative support. A successful Concierge has a positive attitude, the ability to multitask, and a desire to work in a diverse team.

Member & Guest Experience
Front Desk Management
Restaurant & Administrative Support
Hourly Rate up to $15/hr, depending on experience
