Common House is a gathering space that cultivates community through inspirational design, dynamic programming, and fine dining. Drawing from diverse occupations, ages, and perspectives, the community of Common House is as interested as it is interesting, inspired as it is inspiring. Members join to meet new people, forge new connections, and find new common ground. Common House Chattanooga also offers hotel rooms for members and guests.
In this position you will:

• Welcome and exit members in a confident, professional, and friendly manner.
• Anticipate member's needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all members and guests.
• Answer calls as needed.
• Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain the cleanliness of the club including but not limited to light housekeeping and laundry.
• Deliver prompt, efficient customer service.
• Other administrative and light duties as assigned.

This position is full-time and includes overnight hours. Ability to be on call is a must.
