Job Description
The Comms Planner – Attendee Marketing is responsible for developing and refining messaging frameworks, creating creative briefs, and ensuring visual alignment with campaign strategies. This role also manages the campaign calendar and supports the development of the master brief, ensuring timely execution of communication sub-briefing activities based on the Campaign Manager’s strategy and plan.
The Comms Planner collaborates closely with the Product Marketing Manager and Campaign Manager, reporting directly to the Director of Attendee Marketing, to ensure that all communication plans are strategically aligned, visually cohesive, and optimized for maximum impact. By embedding agile ways of working, the Comms Planner ensures iterative collaboration and adaptability to changing priorities and performance insights.

The salary range for this role is 75,000 to 90,000. Actual offers will be determined using a combination of factors, including location, qualifications and relevant experience.
