    As a Customer Service Specialists, you will process customer concerns and issues related to products or services. Ultimately enhance the customer experience, help customers complete purchases, upgrades/returns, frequently provide necessary technical assistance, book service appointments, and promote customer satisfaction.

    Responsibilities

    Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide exceptional customer service

    Convert into booked appointments.

    Look up customer accounts so you can respond to customer requests, resolve issues, and promote the brand.

    Establish rapport and encourage repeat business through open and interactive solutions.

    Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Adhere to the company’s plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably.

    Maintain and update customer database with complete and accurate information.

    Go the extra mile and engage the customer, upsell products or services to customers when appropriate

    Qualifications

    Proven track record with customer service skills and practices.

    Have a good working understanding of Microsoft office (Outlook Mail & Calender, Excel, Word), phone systems, technology, CRM.

    Highly organized and exceptional follow-through abilities.

    Verbal and written communications.

    Experience in an office environment, engaging personality, goal driven team player.

    Exceptional phone manners and active listening skills.

    Understand and embrace new technology.

    Customer oriented, with the ability to demonstrate empathy, adaptability and respond to different situations accordingly.
