We are seeking a manager to oversee our Production and Test Departments, ensuring that all products and systems meet our high-quality standards. This role involves working closely with department supervisors and team members in an ISO-certified environment to produce and test products efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the production and testing of products, making sure they align with established procedures.

Contribute to the development of new products by advising on manufacturability and testability.

Develop and enforce manufacturing and testing procedures, with the help of your team.

Uphold the company's Quality Assurance policy and maintain ISO certification.

Drive initiatives to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Hire, train, and manage staff to ensure a skilled and adequate workforce.

Monitor quality and implement improvements as needed.

Maintain open communication with your team to promote quality awareness and a positive work environment.

Provide the necessary tools and ensure a safe workplace to optimize production and testing efficiency.

Handle performance evaluations and HR-related issues.

Coordinate with customer service and R&D to address manufacturing or testing concerns and expedite repair orders.

Guide the test department to conduct thorough testing at various levels and oversee the development of testing equipment and programs.

Evaluate and upgrade technical capabilities, resources, and equipment in manufacturing, testing, and repair services.

Manage work schedules, resolve conflicts, and ensure goals are met in production, testing, and repair services.

Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and tool availability for employees.

Support customer inspections and ensure a clean and safe work environment.

Monitor staffing levels to meet production needs.
