Welder

Company is the leading manufacturer of racking systems, with its headquarters located in NJ.

Schedule is Monday thru Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm for first shift and 3:30pm to 12:00am for second shift. Overtime may be required.

Need experienced people who know how to work in a team environment that can provide high quality performance. This position produces metal racking systems using GMAW, and GTAW type welders; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; maintaining equipment and supplies.

Responsibilities: · Welding certification to AWSD 1.1 · Ability to maintain production and quality standards · Ability to utilize welding equipment and processes specified by the Company. · Maintain and calibrate welding equipment. · Set-up two fixtures on both the blue and the orange side. · Generate a written report as required by the Company to document production activity. · Follow all Safety Procedures · Ability To Follow Directions

Required: · Blueprint Reading; Ability to read and interpret drawing for dimensions and weld patterns to determine quality adherence to engineering requirements. Ability to read process, procedure and instruction manuals. · Math/Measuring; Demonstrate ability to Count, Add, Subtract fractions and decimals; Read a Tape Measure to 1/16” increments. · Follow all Safety Procedures · Ability To Follow Directions
