Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Communications Agent to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting both internal and external communication strategies, ensuring clear, consistent, and engaging messaging across various channels. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, and is comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in drafting and editing press releases, newsletters, blog posts, and other communication materials.
Maintain the organization’s tone and voice across all public-facing materials.
Support social media content creation, scheduling, and monitoring.
Coordinate and manage internal communication efforts, such as announcements and employee updates.
Monitor media coverage and create regular reports on public perception and communication effectiveness.
Liaise with media contacts and assist in responding to inquiries.
Help plan and execute public relations campaigns, events, or launches.
Collaborate with other departments to gather information and create coherent messages.
Maintain databases of contacts, publications, and distribution lists.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in a communications, PR, or marketing role (internships count).
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
