In this role, you will be responsible for managing internal and external communication flows, ensuring consistent messaging, and supporting strategic initiatives through clear and effective communication practices.
Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day communications with clients, vendors, and internal departments.
Draft and proofread professional correspondence, reports, and documentation.
Ensure accuracy and consistency in all communications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless communication and project execution.
Maintain records of key communication logs and assist in preparing presentations or materials for meetings.
Provide support during events, conferences, and meetings as needed.
Adhere to the company’s communication guidelines and standards.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in a communications, client relations, or administrative role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and professional communication tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
