We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Communications Agent to support and enhance internal and external communications across our organization. This position plays a key role in ensuring consistent and effective messaging, as well as maintaining professional engagement with our clients and partners.
Responsibilities
Develop and deliver clear, professional written and verbal communications.
Assist in the creation and distribution of internal announcements and external communications.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure message consistency.
Respond to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and briefings.
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of communication strategies.
Maintain organized documentation of communication materials.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, English, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Previous experience in a communications or administrative role preferred.
