In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring that messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with company goals. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, critical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple communication channels efficiently.
Responsibilities
Serve as liaison between departments and external stakeholders
Draft, edit, and proofread business correspondence, reports, and presentations
Support internal communication initiatives, announcements, and documentation
Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-up communications
Track and report on communication effectiveness
Maintain organized records of all communications
Ensure messaging aligns with company tone and objectives
Assist leadership with communication strategies for campaigns and projects
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, English, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in a communications or administrative role
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
