Captura Hall is seeking a detail-oriented and articulate Communications Agent to support our internal and external communication initiatives. This role involves developing content, coordinating communication strategies, and ensuring messaging consistency across all platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a proactive mindset.
Responsibilities:
Draft and edit internal memos, press releases, reports, and client communication materials
Coordinate with departments to ensure cohesive messaging
Assist with planning and execution of communication campaigns
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies
Respond to inquiries and manage correspondence in a timely and professional manner
Maintain up-to-date documentation and reports for communication initiatives
Ensure brand voice and messaging consistency in all written materials
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in a communications or administrative support role
Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
High attention to detail and confidentiality
Ability to adapt quickly and handle multiple projects at once
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
