Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Communications Agent to support our internal and external communication efforts. The ideal candidate will assist in crafting clear, consistent messages across multiple platforms, ensuring that our brand voice is maintained in all communications. This role is essential for building strong relationships with customers, partners, and the public.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, newsletters, and official statements.
Manage internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged.
Monitor media coverage and public perception of the brand.
Respond to media inquiries and coordinate interviews as directed.
Maintain and update media contact lists and communication databases.
Support in organizing and promoting events, campaigns, and community outreach initiatives.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent messaging.
Prepare presentations, reports, and talking points for meetings or media appearances.
Track communication performance metrics and prepare reports for improvement.
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with communication platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Canva, Hootsuite).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
