Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Communications Agent to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of internal and external communication strategies that effectively promote the brand, services, and values of the company. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a strong grasp of digital and traditional media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the creation and distribution of press releases, newsletters, promotional materials, and company announcements.
Monitor media coverage and industry trends to provide insights and reporting.
Coordinate communication between internal departments and external stakeholders.
Draft speeches, talking points, and briefing materials for executives as needed.
Support public relations initiatives and help organize media events, interviews, and campaigns.
Respond to media inquiries and maintain strong relationships with journalists and media contacts.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all communication channels.
Assist in crisis communication efforts when necessary.
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of social media platforms and content management tools.
