We're looking for an energetic, outgoing Entry-Level Communications Assistant to help us bring client campaigns to life and make meaningful connections with local audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote Events Locally : Distribute flyers, posters, and materials in key areas to build awareness and drive event attendance.

• Engage Attendees On-Site : Greet guests, answer questions, and spark interest in our clients’ brands at live events.

• Support Community Outreach : Encourage public participation and spread excitement around event promotions.

• Represent Brand Messaging : Communicate brand stories, values, and missions clearly and consistently.

• Distribute Promotional Items : Hand out branded giveaways and marketing materials to enhance visibility and engagement.

• Event Setup amp; Breakdown : Assist with setup, signage, and cleanup to ensure smooth operations.

• Act as Brand Liaison : Be the friendly, informed face of the brand, ensuring a positive and memorable attendee experience.

• Collect Feedback : Gather insights and observations to evaluate event performance and improve future efforts.

Qualifications:

• No experience required – full training is provided!

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Friendly, confident, and comfortable engaging with the public

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Team-oriented with a proactive attitude and desire to contribute

• High school diploma or GED required ; college coursework in Marketing, Communications, PR , or related fields is a plus
