We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Communications Assistant to support our communications department in creating, coordinating, and managing internal and external communications. Responsibilities
Assist in drafting and editing internal memos, press releases, and newsletters
Support the planning and execution of communication strategies and campaigns
Maintain and update internal documentation, email templates, and communication logs
Coordinate with various departments to gather content and ensure consistent messaging
Track and report communication metrics and provide recommendations for improvement
Assist in preparing presentations and reports for leadership and stakeholders
Ensure all communications are aligned with company standards and tone of voice
Qualifications
Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
1-2 years of experience in a communications or administrative support role preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Adaptable and comfortable working independently or in team settings
