We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Communications Assistant to support our internal and external communication initiatives. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development and execution of communication strategies that strengthen our brand presence, improve engagement, and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Responsibilities
Assist in creating, editing, and proofreading internal and external communications.
Coordinate communication efforts across departments to ensure message alignment.
Support the development of presentations, newsletters, press materials, and reports.
Maintain up-to-date records of communication activities and media mentions.
Collaborate with team members to plan and execute company events or announcements.
Monitor and analyze communication performance to identify areas of improvement.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and the ability to work under deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic familiarity with content tools.
Prior experience in a communications or administrative support role preferred.
