We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Communications Coordinator to support our internal and external communications efforts. The ideal candidate will play a key role in drafting content, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring consistent messaging across all communication channels. This role is essential to maintaining a unified brand voice and engaging both internal stakeholders and external audiences.
Responsibilities
Develop and coordinate communication materials including press releases, internal memos, newsletters, and presentations
Assist in the planning and execution of internal and external communication campaigns
Monitor company communications to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with company goals
Collaborate with various departments to gather information and translate it into effective communication materials
Track engagement metrics and compile regular reports for leadership
Assist in preparing content for events, meetings, and executive communications
Maintain and update media and communications databases
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a communications or similar coordination role
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Familiarity with content creation and internal communications tools
Professional presentation and communication style
