We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Communications Coordinator to support our internal and external communication efforts. This role plays a key part in ensuring consistent messaging, maintaining brand integrity, and strengthening relationships with learners, partners, and stakeholders. Responsibilities
Support the planning, drafting, and distribution of communication materials, including newsletters, announcements, and organizational updates.
Assist in developing content that aligns with the academy’s mission, tone, and branding.
Coordinate communication schedules to ensure timely delivery of key messages.
Maintain documentation, communication logs, and content libraries for internal reference.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent and accurate information flow.
Monitor communication effectiveness and recommend improvements where necessary.
Support event communication, including invitations, agendas, and pre-event messaging
