    Job Description

    The Communications Coordinator will play a key role in developing and executing internal and external communication strategies that align with company objectives. This position supports brand consistency, enhances corporate messaging, and ensures that all communications reflect Elevare Branding’s professional standards and vision.

    You will collaborate cross-functionally with leadership and internal teams to ensure messaging accuracy, clarity, and strategic alignment.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and coordinate internal and external communication materials

    • Draft, edit, and proofread corporate communications and company messaging

    • Ensure brand voice and tone consistency across all materials

    • Support the planning and execution of communication strategies

    • Coordinate with various departments to gather and organize information

    • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and company updates

    • Maintain organized documentation and communication records

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Basic Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Communications/Public Relations/Journalism
    • 1+ years of experience in media, entertainment, or television publicity
    • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

    • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and with a team
    • Strong written and verbal communications skills
    • Excellent understanding of social media

    • Ability to exercise a high level of discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information
    • Available for minimal travel and weekend work

    Additional Requirements:

    • Hybrid : This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
