We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Communications Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a key role in developing, organizing, and executing internal and external communication strategies that support our company’s mission and enhance our brand identity.
Responsibilities
Develop and coordinate internal and external communications across departments
Write and edit newsletters, press releases, and company-wide announcements
Assist in planning and organizing company events and presentations
Maintain consistent messaging in all corporate materials and correspondence
Support media relations and handle communication logistics with stakeholders
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies
Collaborate with management to ensure alignment in messaging and brand voice
Prepare communication reports and documentation as needed
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
2+ years of experience in a communications or coordination role
Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and within a team
