We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Communications Coordinator to join our Wilmington, NC office. This role plays a key part in managing internal and external communications, developing strategic messaging, and supporting brand consistency across all platforms. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing and interpersonal skills, a strong grasp of corporate communication practices, and the ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy and timeliness.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies
Coordinate company announcements, press releases, and newsletters
Collaborate with departments to gather content and ensure messaging alignment
Prepare written materials such as presentations, speeches, memos, and email communications
Assist in organizing company events, town halls, and corporate meetings
Monitor communication metrics and adjust strategies as needed
Ensure consistency in tone, language, and branding in all company communications
Serve as a liaison between leadership and staff regarding communication needs
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, English, or a related field
2+ years of experience in a communications or public affairs role
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under deadlines
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and project coordination tools
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and collaboratively
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
