We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing internal and external communication strategies that align with our company objectives. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator who can craft compelling messages, manage multiple communication channels, and support the coordination of campaigns and company announcements.
Responsibilities
Develop, write, and edit internal and external communications including memos, newsletters, press releases, and reports
Coordinate the planning and execution of communication campaigns and initiatives
Support senior leadership in preparing presentations, speeches, and official communications
Ensure brand consistency in all written and verbal communications
Maintain and update communication materials and company resources
Collaborate with various departments to align messaging and goals
Monitor communication metrics and provide performance reports
Assist in event coordination, media relations, and public affairs when required
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
2+ years of experience in corporate communications or a similar role
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
High attention to detail and strong editing skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with design tools is a plus
