We are currently seeking a Communications Coordinator to support our internal and external communications strategies. This individual will work closely with various departments to ensure consistent, clear, and engaging messaging across all channels. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
Draft, edit, and proofread internal communications, press materials, newsletters, and client updates
Coordinate communication initiatives between departments to ensure message alignment
Support the planning and execution of company events, presentations, and client meetings
Assist in developing and maintaining brand voice and messaging consistency
Prepare and distribute regular reports on communication effectiveness
Maintain records of communication strategies and key messaging documents
Collaborate with senior staff on the creation of corporate messaging, announcements, and talking points
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a communications or related role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Familiarity with content editing tools and basic design platforms is a plus
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading skills
