Sphirea Plus is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to support internal and external communication strategies. This role will ensure that our messaging is consistent, professional, and aligned with our brand identity. The ideal candidate will possess excellent writing and organizational skills and be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement internal communication plans and updates
Draft, edit, and proofread company-wide communications, press releases, and newsletters
Coordinate cross-departmental communication initiatives and campaigns
Support the creation of written content for presentations, company reports, and promotional material
Monitor and manage communications calendars and deadlines
Maintain brand tone and ensure consistency in messaging across all channels
Assist with event planning and coordination for company announcements and initiatives
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, English, or related field
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a communications or administrative role
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Strong interpersonal and collaborative abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of communication tools and platforms
