    Job Description

    Guerlain is looking for an Influencer and VIP Manager to build and maintain relationships with key influencers, media figures, and high-net-worth individuals. This role aims to amplify the brand's message, enhance its reputation, and drive engagement in the luxury beauty market.

    PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    **Influencer Strategy & Management **

    • Develop and implement an "always-on" influencer marketing strategy across digital channels and press, aligning with brand marketing plans and international guidelines.
    • Identify, vet, and build long-term relationships with diverse influencers and key opinion leaders in fragrance, makeup, and skincare.
    • Create and execute innovative influencer campaigns for product launches, local activities, and retailer activations to boost brand awareness and visibility.
    • Serve as the main contact for influencer and social media inquiries.
    • Oversee content creation for influencer initiatives, including press releases and media kits.
    • Manage strategic influencer gifting, seeding, paid campaigns, events, and activations.
    • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing reports and insights for optimization and KPI achievement.
    • Stay updated on beauty industry trends, technologies, and influencers.

    VIP Relationship Management & Events:

    • Cultivate relationships with key media contacts and VIP clients to secure positive coverage and foster brand loyalty.
    • Plan and execute exclusive press conferences, media events, and VIP activations.
    • Ensure a luxury client experience for VIPs, building long-term relationships and promoting Guerlain's vision.
    • Act as a brand ambassador, communicating Guerlain's heritage and values to VIPs and stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with retail teams to support events and trade opportunities, developing strong retailer influencer activations.
    • Facilitate communication and logistics for store events and in-store animations for VIPs.

    Cross-functional Collaboration & Budget Management:

    • Work with internal Marketing, Digital, PR, and Retail teams, as well as the global PR team, for cohesive strategies.
    • Support the Marketing Director in managing the PR and influencer budget.
    • Provide monthly market and competitor insight reports, with quarterly deep dives on best practices.
    • Develop and implement crisis communication plans.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 6+ years experience in public relations, influencer marketing, or VIP relationship management, preferably in luxury beauty.
    • Strong understanding of digital channels, social media platforms, and influencer ecosystems.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to identify new partnership opportunities and build strong relationships.
    • Strategic thinker with a creative approach to campaign development.
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
    • Proficiency in tracking and analyzing campaign performance and providing actionable insights.
    • A passion for beauty and a deep understanding of Guerlain's heritage and values.
    • Ability to act as a brand guardian and drive networks within and outside the beauty arena.

    Additional Information

    LVMH Inc. uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our employees with market competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance and tenure.

    While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $105,000-$115,000.
