Captura Hall is seeking a detail-oriented and articulate Communications Representative to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting internal and external communications efforts, creating impactful content, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and thrives in a collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality results.
Responsibilities
Draft, edit, and proofread communications materials including press releases, newsletters, memos, and reports.
Coordinate internal communications to ensure consistent messaging across departments.
Assist in the planning and execution of events, presentations, and stakeholder briefings.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and communication best practices.
Support senior communication staff with strategic initiatives and client deliverables.
Prepare talking points, briefing documents, and summaries for leadership and clients.
Ensure quality control and consistency in tone, style, and branding.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, English, Journalism, or a related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in a communications or administrative role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
