Position Summary

This dedicated Timpani communications resource will primarily support message development for all Timpani work, while also coordinating communication intake, review cycles, timing, audience identification, and distribution routing. The resource is needed to improve communication clarity, consistency, readiness, adoption, and utilization across all Timpani divisions.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and refine Timpani communications, including product updates, SOP changes, workflow changes, readiness messages, training reminders, adoption/utilization communications, pilot updates, go-live communications, and ongoing support messages.
• Translate complex projects, product, and operational information into clear, concise, actionable messaging.
• Tailor communications by audience, including nursing leaders, facility/division leaders, frontline colleagues, operational partners, and project stakeholders.
• Partner with Change Management, Product, Education, PMs, and operational and core Timpani workgroup teams to gather inputs, confirm key messages, and coordinate reviews with leaders both at corporate and in the field
• Manage communication intake and track requests from draft through review, approval, and send readiness.
• Support communication planning, timing, and sequencing across Timpani releases, SOP updates, pilots, people readiness activities, and adoption priorities as well as future implementations at both non-CSS and CSS sites.
• Coordinate audience identification and distribution support by working with PMs, facility/division contacts, and existing Distribution List owners.

Requirements

• Candidate must have 5+ years of experience in a communications role
• Has experience building communications plans and strategies, change management experience
• Communications experience in healthcare preferred
