    Mounts Botanical Garden is seeking a talented, organized, and creative Communications Specialist to support audience engagement, digital communications, social media management, editorial content, and campaign execution for one of South Florida’s premier cultural and horticultural destinations.

    This position serves as the Department’s primary communications coordination role and supports newsletters, website communications, social media, email marketing, storytelling, audience engagement, and public-facing communications initiatives.

    The Communications Specialist supports attendance-driving campaigns, membership initiatives, public programs, fundraising support efforts, retail and nursery promotion, and institutional visibility through coordinated digital communications and audience engagement.

    Ideal Candidate

    The ideal candidate is a strong writer and communicator with experience in:

    Social media management and audience engagement

    Digital communications and email marketing

    Editorial writing and storytelling

    Website content management

    Campaign coordination and analytics

    Multi-platform communications support

    Audience engagement and digital publishing

    Experience with WordPress, Constant Contact, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM systems, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and related digital communications tools is preferred.

    Experience in nonprofit, tourism, cultural, hospitality, arts, museum, garden, or visitor-serving organizations is beneficial.
