Job Description:
The Communications Specialist will support internal and client-facing communications related to live events, promotions, and community outreach campaigns. This role is ideal for individuals with strong writing and interpersonal skills who enjoy coordinating in-person initiatives and maintaining clear, consistent messaging for clients and team members.
Salary Range: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the creation of print materials, scripts, and talking points for in-person promotions and events
Maintain consistent brand messaging across all offline promotional activities
Coordinate communication between internal teams and clients regarding campaign logistics and updates
Assist with the preparation of client reports summarizing campaign and event results
Support planning and logistics for press days, community activations, and live events
Attend events to ensure accurate messaging is delivered during customer interactions
Track customer and attendee feedback to inform communication strategies
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-person environment, including occasional evenings and weekends for events
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Positive, adaptable, and collaborative attitude
