    FiveCircle Property Management is seeking a Community Manager to oversee Condominiums and HOAs in the Millville, DE area. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary between $55,000 and $65,000, based on experience. The Community Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while managing community associations. Key qualifications for this role include strong skills in property management, project coordination, time management, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. This is a hybrid role that requires regular visits to local communities and attendance at meetings. Responsibilities: • Listen attentively to questions and comments while maintaining a professional and composed demeanor at all times. Ensure timely and professional responses to phone calls and correspondence • Effectively manage time to balance multiple projects successfully • Demonstrate exceptional analytical skills in handling various situations that may arise • Oversee property improvement and construction projects to ensure they are completed within budget and on time. Supervise front desk, maintenance, and janitorial staff, if applicable • Foster professional relationships with the Board of Directors, Unit Owners, residents, and vendors. Conduct and prepare for Board meetings, creating management reports in advance • Organize and facilitate board meetings • Prepare meeting minutes • Conduct regular property inspections • Stay updated on state regulatory agency statutes, as well as the community's documents, policies, and procedures for each client • Review Association financial reports and assist in developing Annual Budgets Qualifications: • Prior experience in community management, particularly with condominiums, is preferred • Strong proficiency in property management, project coordination, time management, and customer service is essential • A valid driver’s license is required • Solid understanding of applicable laws and industry best practices is necessary • Excellent communication and negotiation skills are required • Ability to maintain professionalism and handle confidential information with discretion • Familiarity with Vantaca software is a plus Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 yearly
