    FiveCircle Property Management is looking for a Community Manager of Condominiums and HOAs to join our team in the Millville, DE area. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $55,000 to $65,000, depending on experience. The Community Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and managing community associations. Key skills required for this role include property management, project management, time management, and outstanding customer service. This is a hybrid position, and visits to local communities and attendance at meetings are necessary. Responsibilities: • Listen attentively to questions and comments while maintaining a professional and composed demeanor at all times. Ensure timely and professional responses to phone calls and correspondence • Effectively manage time to balance multiple projects successfully • Demonstrate exceptional analytical skills in handling various situations that may arise • Oversee property improvement and construction projects to ensure they are completed within budget and on time. Supervise front desk, maintenance, and janitorial staff, if applicable • Foster professional relationships with the Board of Directors, Unit Owners, residents, and vendors. Conduct and prepare for Board meetings, creating management reports in advance • Organize and facilitate board meetings • Prepare meeting minutes • Conduct regular property inspections • Stay updated on state regulatory agency statutes, as well as the community's documents, policies, and procedures for each client • Review Association financial reports and assist in developing Annual Budgets Qualifications: • Experience in community management, especially with condominiums, is preferred • Strong skills in property management, project management, time management, and customer service are crucial • A valid driver’s license is required • A solid understanding of relevant laws and industry best practices is essential • Effective communication and negotiation skills are necessary • The ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality • Familiarity with Vantaca software is a plus Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 yearly
