The Community Manager is responsible for maintaining properties and working with community homeowners. We are looking for a Community Manager to be responsible for the direct management oversight of assigned residential properties. Compensation- $70,000 + yearly bonus and all benefits, including 401(k) Responsibilities: • Coordinates and oversees on-site operations including budget implementation, vendor relationships, contractor workmanship, rent collections, accounts payable, etc. to ensure smooth operations of the property • Prepare Annual Budget • Great Customer service Qualifications: • Enjoys meeting people and takes pride in providing excellent customer service • Demonstrable skills in negotiation and selling • B.A. preferred, High School Diploma required • Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office • Some weekend and evening hours required • Working knowledge of residential community associations in New Jersey • 3-5 years of experience in Community Associations • Certification in industry A+ (CMCA) • Proactive Mindset • Good communication skills • Customer Service is a must Compensation: $70,000 + yearly bonus
