    This is Remote Based

    Regional Bank's SBA Group has an immediate opportunity for a local/Area Commercial Portfolio Manager with and credit background AND Special Assets. To be considered you must have current experience and some formal credit training.

    • Managed specific SBA credit activities to ensure portfolio performance quality, consistency of underwriting, ensure timeliness of information, and efficiency in process and workflow. Manage SBA Special Assets and classified loans in the portfolio.
    • Effectively and successfully manages a portfolio of small business loans.
    • Demonstrate ability in renewing and restructuring conventional and SBA loans,
    • Excel in working with clients to term outlines of credit that are no longer revolving.
    • Utilizes strength in understanding the SBA SOP to develop plans in resolving complex servicing and liquidation issues,this includes working through the SBA guaranty process.
    • Leverages strong business relationship with contacts at all levels within the SBA.
    • Work with both internal and external partners to resolve any SBA issues.

     

     

    Education:

    Four-year college degree from an accredited institution in a business related field such as finance, accounting, business administration.  

     

    Experience: Five years of experience in Loan Review, Credit Analysis, Commercial Relationship Management, or Commercial Loan Operations.
