    About the Role

    We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community-Based Rehabilitative Services (CBRS) Provider to serve clients of all ages in Canyon County. This role supports individuals in strengthening life skills, building confidence, and improving overall functioning—all while receiving care in their home or community.

    Responsibilities

    Provide skill-building services focused on behavioral, social, communication, rehabilitation, and daily living skills

    Work collaboratively with a team and coordinate care with other providers or agencies

    Participate in Child & Family Team (CFT) meetings when appropriate

    Ensure services are age-appropriate and in line with each client’s treatment goals

    Support clients in practicing the tools and strategies learned in therapy in real-world settings

    Requirements

    Bachelor’s degree (Human Services field preferred)

    Must pass an IDHW background check

    Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, insurance, and registration

    CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

    Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply
