    WE ARE LOOKING FOR SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVES TO JOIN COMMUNITY BOOST'S GROWING SALES TEAM. AN IDEAL ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE WILL EXHIBIT THREE OF THE MOST VITAL QUALITIES: POSITIVE, RELENTLESS, AND RESULTS-ORIENTED. TO BE A STRONG AE, YOU MUST ALSO BE A VORACIOUS LEARNER WITH AN IMPECCABLE ENTREPRENEURIAL SPIRIT.

    YOU WILL DRIVE THE SALES PROCESS IN A PERFORMANCE-BASED ENVIRONMENT WHILE PARTNERING WITH PROSPECTIVE NONPROFIT PARTNERS TO HELP STRATEGICALLY IDENTIFY HOW THESE MISSION DRIVEN ORGANIZATIONS CAN GET THE MOST OUT OF UTILIZING ONLINE MARKETING IN TODAY'S DIGITAL WORLD. WE WANT TO GET TO KNOW YOU IF YOU ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT THE IMPACT SPACE, HUNGRY TO CONTINUE DEVELOPING YOUR SALES CAREER AND ENERGIZED BY A FAST-PACED STARTUP AGENCY LIFE.

    WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

    • You are passionate about the nonprofit sector - this is a must!
    • You have an adaptive spirit with a love for the sales hustle
    • You have excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
    • You can offer your expertise and mentorship to the Sales Development Representatives
    • You are highly goal oriented and won't stop till ya drop
    • You thrive under pressure
    • You love the startup environment
    • You are local to San Diego, CA. This is not a remote position.

    WHAT YOUR DAYS WILL LOOK LIKE:

    • Actively prospecting via outbound email and warm calls to potential clients
    • Methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales pipeline
    • Educating nonprofits on the benefits of Google Ad Grants, Facebook & Instagram Advertising, Google Analytics, and other digital tactics
    • Qualifying new customer leads and scheduling presentations between nonprofit decision-makers and the Community Boost Account Executives
    • Becoming comfortable hosting video conferences with nonprofit leadership teams daily
    • Consistently growing in your position with an urgency to become a digital marketing expert

    WHAT IS REQUIRED TO HAVE:

    • Excellent communication skills and a strong phone/video presence
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • A positive attitude and an undeniable drive to win
    • Track record of consistently exceeding established goal
    • 1+ years of inside sales or relevant experience (selling over the phone/web preferred)

    WHAT WOULD BE AWESOME TO HAVE:

    • Bachelor's degree
    • Volunteer experience
    • Sales CRM experience
    • Digital marketing experience
    • Training on Sandler, MEDDICC, or other solutions based selling methodology
