The Community Business Advisor is responsible for growing new personal and commercial insurance business and strengthening relationships with existing clients through consultative, solution-based sales.
Responsibilities
Prospect and develop new personal and commercial insurance opportunities
Conduct client meetings to assess risks and coverage needs
Review current policies and gather underwriting information
Develop and present insurance proposals and renewal strategies
Collaborate with internal service teams on submissions and ongoing support
Maintain client relationships while transitioning service needs appropriately
Track production activity and stay current on industry trends
Qualifications
Insurance sales or advisory experience preferred
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Active insurance license or ability to obtain
