  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA): in other centers it may be called a Managing Director of Executive Director.

    _ What we need from you:_

    • IL Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license
    • 3+ years of experience as an LNHA in a large skilled nursing facility is ideal
    • Extensive knowledge & experience with state and federal care regulations
    • You understand ROI and know your buildings metrics inside and out
    • In your last position you demonstrated the ability to work with minimal supervision & handle multiple priorities at once
