The Right Person for This Role
We are looking for someone who is more than just a caregiver. We need someone who can be a leader, advocate, trainer, problem-solver, and strong communicator.
You should be comfortable walking into a community and asking:
"Are our clients receiving the care they need?" "Are our caregivers supported and following the care plans?" "Are families happy with the communication and care?" "What needs to be addressed before it becomes a bigger problem?"
You will play an important role in making sure our clients receive the quality of care they deserve and that our caregivers feel supported and prepared to provide it.
Why Join Assisting Hands Home Care Cary?
At Assisting Hands, we believe that great care starts with great communication. We are committed to providing personalized care while building strong relationships with our clients, families, caregivers, and community partners.
