    Job Description

    Community Care, an exciting fast growing homecare agency is looking to hire a Homecare Branch Manager to manage a team and grow its territory in various counties. Must also understand the operations and financial side of the industry.

    BRANCH ADMINISTRATOR JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Must have a minimum of 6 years experience managing staff.
    • Excellent understanding of state/federal regulations including DOH audits.
    • Financial and business development experience.

    BRANCH ADMINISTRATOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage the day-to-day operations branch including financials.
    • Ensure compliance with all state / federal regulations.
    • Work with Sales staff to grow census.
    • Must have experience utilizing HHAExchange
