We’re looking for someone with both vision and execution—the kind of leader who can advocate for policy while planning the next event.
About This Role The President is responsible for strategic leadership, operational management, and relationship-building across the community. You’ll be the primary advocate for our business members while guiding internal teams and public-facing initiatives.
Top Responsibilities:
Manage Chamber operations and events with energy and precision
Promote policy and business advocacy at the local and regional levels
Collaborate with government, nonprofits, and educators to strengthen the economy
Cultivate members through outreach, marketing, and high-value programming
Manage budgets, sponsorships, and fundraising goals
Champion small business success stories and economic wins
Qualifications We Value:
Strong leadership and communication experience
Familiarity with the Chamber world, public affairs, or nonprofit management
A passion for growing business and creating community impact
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but real-world leadership counts just as much
Ability to create strategic plans and inspire teams to act
Compensation & Perks:
Salary: $55,000–$65,000
Phone allowance: $150/month
