Job Responsibilities: 

• Performs clinical intake and certifies cases according to policies and procedures of HHI. 
• Refers all calls to the Assessment Manager per guidelines.
• Provides quality customer service through interaction with providers, administrative staff and others.
• Collects and enters confidential information ensuring the highest level of confidentiality in all areas. 
• Maintains written documentation according to HHI’s documentation policy 
• Provides ongoing telephonic education to providers and office staff related to HHI and the RadConsult process. 
• Reviews clinical intake against RadConsult protocol and determines if criteria is met. 
• Works closely with Radiology Reviewers to determine appropriateness.
• Assess the Assessment unit in the orientation and training of new Assessment Coordinators.

Required Skills

Job Qualifications:

• Current license as LVN, RN or LPN.
• 24 months of prior clinical experience in a direct clinical care and managed care environment
• Worked in the past 12 months in a direct clinical care and managed care environment
• Computer literate
