You can talk with anyone at any level and effectively build relationships, present opportunities, describe the amazing cultures of our clients in a compelling way, deeply interview for skill and culture fit and are comfortable having the more difficult conversations about things like compensation, interview prep and critical interview feedback. You are particularly good at projecting a positive outlook. Your ability to stay positive and dynamic in your approach has helped you be successful in past searches. You are a master at owning and balancing multiple searches simultaneously, always focused on a healthy balance of quality and volume. Your Job Responsibilities: Drives and leads recruitment efforts from external search, through the interview, to hiring Goal-driven to achieve monthly and yearly targets Establish and Maintain an Applicant Tracker System, as well as creating an available pool of hirable talent for future needs. Conduct and manage the interview process in conjunction with hiring manager thru the offer and acceptance of the job. Conduct background checks and administer any testing required by the client. Negotiate Temporary placement engagement rates (in consultation with executive management) Supervise recruiting staff. Consistently grow your recruiting network and book of business Maintain monthly analytic reports Develop and maintain excellent client relationships.
