Title: Office Custodian
Reports To: Adult Services Program Manager
FLSA: Hourly/Non-Exempt Part-Time
Job Description: Ability to provide cleaning services in our Durango day program facility. Provide skilled cleaning services to assure the facility is clean and sanitary on a weekly basis. Must be able to schedule one day a week for cleaning based on program hours. Maintain HIPPA guidelines.
Responsibilities:
Vacuum storage room
Responsible to vacuum and empty trash cans in any unlocked office
Vacuum open area
Sweep & mop reception area
Sweep & mop hallway
Sweep & mop bathroom
Sweep & mop kitchen
Wipe down kitchen area and appliances
Clean bathroom, mop floors and scour toilet
Empty all trash cans at the location. Kitchen trash, bathroom trash, each office trash cans, storage trash cans, and conference room trash cans
Assure reception area is clean and neat.
Must lock and close when finished cleaning with any open office
