Responsibilities: • Conduct cold calls and outreach to potential clients, primarily in the business sector, to introduce CDCN's advertising services • Schedule appointments for sales representatives with qualified leads, ensuring a seamless transition and a strong start for the sales process • Maintain a thorough understanding of CDCN's services, industry trends, and competitive landscape to communicate the value proposition to prospective clients effectively • Manage and update the customer relationship management (CRM) database with client interactions, feedback, and appointment details • Achieve and exceed monthly targets for scheduled appointments and lead-generation activities • Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on potential client needs and market insights Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred • Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written communication) • Proven experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, sales, or a similar role, ideally within a B2B environment • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently • A self-starter attitude with the drive to initiate client outreach and follow-up activities • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
