    Community Engagement Coordinator

    Mi Casa Hospice – San Antonio, TX

    Mi Casa Hospice is growing, and we are looking for a passionate, outgoing, and organized Community Engagement Coordinator to help us expand our presence throughout San Antonio.

    This position plays a key role in connecting Mi Casa Hospice to the community through meaningful events, partnerships, and outreach efforts.

    ✨ Position Summary

    The Community Engagement Coordinator will:

    Plan, organize, and execute community events throughout the city of San Antonio

    Represent Mi Casa Hospice at health fairs, facility events, and community outreach opportunities

    Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team to assist with and support scheduled events

    Develop and coordinate new community engagement initiatives

    Manage and grow Mi Casa Hospice’s social media presence

    Create engaging content aligned with our mission and values

    Build strong relationships with local organizations, facilities, and community leaders

    This is a highly visible role that requires professionalism, energy, creativity, and strong communication skills.

    📋 Responsibilities

    Create and maintain a monthly community event calendar

    Coordinate logistics for outreach events (supplies, signage, materials, staffing)

    Attend and actively participate in events (some evenings and occasional weekends required)

    Work alongside marketers to support account-based events

    Develop partnerships within the San Antonio community

    Manage company social media platforms (posting, engagement, event promotion, branding consistency)

    Track engagement metrics and report activity to leadership

    ✅ Requirements

    Must have reliable transportation

    Valid driver’s license

    Active car insurance

    Eligible to work in the United States

    Strong organizational and communication skills

    Comfortable speaking publicly and networking

    Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

    Event planning or marketing experience preferred
