One You Love Homecare Windermere is a newly established location, and independently owned franchise of a well established national brand. We offer non-medical homecare services to senior populations in Orange and Osceola Counties.
The Community Engagement Liaison position plays a pivotal role in the success of our business. This position is responsible for developing new territory to increase sales, establishing and maintaining referral source contacts throughout the assigned territory, and driving referrals. The Community Engagement Liaison will represent and promote One You Love Homecare Windermere and, via contracted service, One You Love Homecare Winter Garden which will open later in 2025. The Community Engagement Liaison will be focused on sales activity to local referral sources and healthcare providers, including but not limited to: Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Communities, Geriatric Care Managers, Geriatricians/Home Visit Physicians, Physical Therapy Providers, Dialysis Providers, Specialty Physicians (Cardiologists, Pulmonologists, Rheumatologists, etc.), elder law attorneys, financial planners, chamber of commerce, and networking association meetings targeting the elder care community.
Daily activities will include sales visits, community-based demonstrations and presenting or organizing professional in-services. The Community Engagement Liaison will spend the 90% of their time in the field.

Primary Responsibilities
Call on referral sources to generate referrals and increase revenues; develop and maintain a master call and contact list in the OYLH CRM system to effectively organize, track and monitor activity and growth.
Establish and maintain customer relationships and provide the highest quality customer service.
Meet or exceed established sales targets.
Conduct presentations and/or staff in-services to community groups and professional staff.
Participate in health fairs, awareness days, etc.
Join and attend area networking and chamber groups.
Seek, develop, and participate in marketing opportunities in the community.
Establish working rapport with health care professionals in the territory.
Monitor program growth through tracking marketing success.
Provide complete and concise activity reports to management.
