At Brighter Day Adult Services, we’re hiring Community Engagement Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who are ready to get out into the community, stay active, and make a real impact. This is not your typical DSP role — your day will involve outings, activities, and meaningful experiences with the individuals we support.

🌟 What You’ll Do

Support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in community-based activities

Participate in daily outings, events, and occasional road trips

Teach and reinforce life skills in real-world settings

Build positive, respectful relationships while promoting independence

Some days won’t feel like work at all.

🔍 What We’re Looking For

No experience required — we provide training

Clean driving record is REQUIRED

Adventurous, energetic, and comfortable being out in the community

Must genuinely love working with people

Reliable, professional, and able to stay engaged throughout the day

⏰ Schedule Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM No nights or weekends
