About Us: Quality Care 4U Community Services, LLC is a community-based adult day program that provides meaningful activities, skill development, social engagement, and person-centered support for adults with intellectual and developmental challenges. Position Summary: We’re seeking compassionate support professionals who have their own reliable vehicle to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental challenges in community-based activities, life skills development, and individualized support plans. This role focuses on helping participants build independence, social skills, and community connections.

Key Responsibilities:

Transport participants to community activities (fuel allowance program provided)

Support participant volunteering, recreation, and skill-building activities

Promote independence and self-advocacy

Ensure health and well-being in community settings

Maintain documentation of activities and progress

Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license

Reliable, insured personal vehicle

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate and dependable personality

Ability to pass background checks and screenings
