    We are looking for an energetic, relationship-driven professional to grow our catering, private events, and community presence. This person will spend the majority of their time building relationships with local businesses, organizations, hotels, apartments, and community groups while also planning and promoting events that drive traffic and sales.

    This role is measured by business generated—not just marketing activity.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prospect local businesses, government offices, hotels, apartment communities, and community organizations.

    • Generate catering, corporate happy hour, and private event opportunities.

    • Develop long-term relationships that lead to repeat business.

    • Plan, coordinate, and promote in-house events in collaboration with restaurant operations.

    • Manage social media content to support events and drive guest engagement.

    • Track leads, bookings, sales, and follow-up activity through weekly reporting.

    Preferred Experience

    • 2+ years in hospitality, catering, event sales, business development, or restaurant marketing.

    • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

    • Experience organizing events or managing community partnerships.

    • Comfortable using social media as a marketing tool.

    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

    Reporting Structure

    This position should report to restaurant ownership/management and work closely with operations. Regular coordination meetings will ensure event scheduling aligns with restaurant operations, major sporting events, staffing availability, and other business priorities.
